Do What Makes You Happy

I love these events for a few reasons:

1) No phones-it feels great to be one with nature for a few hours
2) We are not concerned with completion time – finishing as a team is the goal in itself
3) It’s all about having a positive attitude

Lend a hand to a teammate in need.
Encourage someone you’ve never met before to push themselves past their limit.
Give someone a high five for doing a great job.

In the super competitive 24/7 world we live in, something about these days just feels right…

And of course after you finish dancing down a super steep mountainside, not knowing how you didn’t lose your legs and fall face first into the dirt and rocks, let out a deep AARROOO so everyone can hear it!

And remember to do what makes you happy!
